Common errors

Error: The software crashes without error message (with the functions: load picture, put in mosaic size, generate mosaic, e.g.).
Solution: When calling up the software by Sun Java Virtual Machine a reduced memory size is used (see also Download / Installation).

Error report

In case you should notice more errors, please send us an e-mail (contact). To understand the errors we need the following information:

name and e-mail address of the consignor
used PicToBrick version
used operating system
used Java Virtual Machine (console command: java-version)
used configuration (name of system configuration and respectively self-constructed configuration as file addition)
original picture for the mosaic (as file addition)
detailed description of steps followed up to the appearance of the error
